Terms of service

These Terms of Service apply to purchases and enquiries made through Cardiff 3D Printing / Creationverse at creationverse896.com.

About us
Cardiff 3D Printing is a Cardiff, Wales based maker studio creating 3D printed items, design work, garments, sculptures, moulded pieces and hand-finished custom projects. We ship within the UK and internationally where shipping is available.

Orders and custom work
Many of our products are made to order, customised, personalised or hand-finished. By placing an order, you confirm that the product details, sizing, finish, colour choices, personalisation and delivery information you provide are accurate.

For custom projects, we may use your sketches, photos, measurements, STL files, reference images or messages to prepare the work. Production may begin after your order is accepted or after the project details have been agreed.

Prices and payment
Prices are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment must be completed before an order is processed unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Production and delivery
Production times are estimates and may vary depending on print time, finishing work, current workload and the complexity of the piece. Delivery estimates begin after dispatch. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees or local charges applied by their country.

Customer supplied files and references
If you send us files, photos, artwork, logos, characters or reference material, you confirm that you have permission to use them for the requested project. We may refuse work that we believe could infringe third-party rights, be unsafe or be unsuitable for production.

Returns, cancellations and faults
Returns, cancellations and damaged, faulty or incorrect items are handled under our Refund Policy. Custom-made, personalised or made-to-order items may not be returnable for change of mind once production has started, but this does not affect your statutory rights.

Use of products
Our products are decorative, cosplay, display, creative or practical maker items unless stated otherwise. Customers are responsible for using items safely and appropriately.
