Shipping policy

Cardiff 3D Printing makes custom 3D printed cosplay helmets, masks, and props from Cardiff, Wales. Most products are made to order, so production time is separate from delivery time.

Production time

Helmets, masks and the Corgi bust are made to order and dispatched within 1–2 weeks. Memorial pet busts are made from your photos, so we'll email you to confirm the timeline once we've reviewed them. Every piece is printed, sanded, fitted and checked by hand before dispatch, and painted pieces are also painted and sealed.

If you need an item for a specific event or convention, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm whether the deadline is realistic.

Shipping

Delivery is free to the UK and worldwide, with postage already included in the price. Orders are packed carefully and shipped to the address provided at checkout. Where available, we use tracked shipping so you can follow the parcel after dispatch.

Delivery estimates

Delivery estimates begin after the item has been made and dispatched. Postal or courier delays can happen, especially during busy periods, holidays, or severe weather.

International orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or local charges applied by their country.

Damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please keep the packaging and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.
