Refund policy

Every Cardiff 3D Printing helmet, mask, and prop is made, finished, or prepared by hand. Many pieces involve hours of 3D printing, sanding, fitting, painting, assembly, and finishing, so returned custom work usually cannot be resold.

Custom and made-to-order items

Custom-made, personalised, resized, colour-customised, painted-to-order, or made-to-order items are usually non-refundable and cannot usually be returned for a change of mind once production has started.

This does not affect your statutory rights. If your item arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us and we will work with you to put it right.

Standard items

If an item is not custom, personalised, or made to order, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with proof of purchase.

Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if your order arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect, or not as described. Include your order number, clear photos of the item, and photos of the packaging.

Depending on the issue, we may offer a repair, replacement, partial refund, or full refund. We may ask for the item to be returned before a refund or replacement is completed.

Fit, sizing, and custom requests

Please check sizing details carefully before ordering. For custom sizing, colour choices, finish choices, or personalised work, the order is made to your specification. If you are unsure, contact us before ordering and we will help you choose the right option.

Cancellations

Orders can usually be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if production has not started. Once production has started, cancellation may not be possible because materials and maker time have already been committed to your piece.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for lost return parcels.
