A simple process, from start to finish
Every project follows the same friendly path. You bring an idea — we take care of the rest. From sketch to finished piece, here's how we work.
1. Your Idea
Bring us a sketch, photo, broken part or early concept. You don't need a finished design before speaking to us — just send what you have and we'll guide the next step.

2. Design
We create or refine the design digitally. If you already have a 3D model, we can prep it for print. If you don't, we'll build one from your reference — sketch, photo, measurement, or just a conversation.
3. Print & Finish
High quality 3D printing using the right material for the job. Once printed, every piece comes through our Quality Check Bench: we remove supports, clean up the part, inspect surface finish, check measurements, and only then sign it off.
4. Deliver
Collect in Cardiff or we post it to you, anywhere in the UK. Made-to-order turnaround is typically 1–3 weeks depending on complexity, plus shipping.
The sculpture process
For sculpture commissions there's an additional path — we go from digital model all the way through to hand-finished stone:
- 3D Model — we create or refine the sculpture digitally
- 3D Print Master — we print a precise master
- Make Mould — we make a mould from the printed master
- Pour Stone — we pour the stone material to create the final piece
- Hand Finish — every piece is hand-finished for detail and quality
Behind the build
Every project has a process behind it. We combine digital design, 3D printing, material knowledge and hand finishing to get the final result right. From client idea → design work → print setup → production → finishing → final result, you're never wondering what stage your project is at.
Custom order confidence
I'm not sure if this is enough — said almost every customer before they sent it over anyway. The answer is always: yes, send it over and we'll take a look. We do the heavy lifting on figuring out what's needed.
